Our state of the art Tenant Referencing Centre is based in Milton Keynes, with particular emphasis being placed on our clients being able to talk to a friendly voice about their referencing requirements, or to find out how we are progressing with their existing references.

A Personal Account Handler is assigned to look after our Agents and Private Landlords, which will enable you, the client, to build up a professional relationship with one person and to ensure continuity throughout your Referencing Progress.

Our unique system will also automatically send out a Full Status Report at the end of each day, giving you up to the minute, detailed information on the progress of each reference. You will also be able to check the progress via our website at the click of a button!

A typical completed Reference Assessment Report will include:
- Voters roll information for current and previous address. This would also link any other address where the tenant may have resided
- Full credit history search for current and previous addresses, highlighting any CCJ’s and providing details on the amount, the court reference number and at which court the debt was registered.
- Bankruptcy information
- Current and previous employment
- Current and previous landlord
- Any other relevant information
