  • Voters roll information for current and previous address. This would also link any other address where the tenant may have resided
  • Full credit history search for current and previous addresses, highlighting any CCJ’s and providing details on the amount, the court reference number and at which court the debt was registered against your prospective tenant.

  • Current and previous employment information for your prospective tenant
