Regional Sales Managers:

Successful applicants will be able to show a clear track record of direct business to business sales specifically in the letting and property management market. Our sales managers will be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of the market, what is required to succeed within it, and will be exemplary network builders.

Being able to clearly show through your existing client base your excellent communication skills and your ability to bring business on board through your skill set will be a key factor to success in this role.

Administrator - circa £14,000 + p.a.

The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced administrator with good literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel. Being able to work in a busy tenant referencing environment and displaying an excellent telephone manner the successful applicant will be able to communicate at all levels and be an excellent team player.

As part of our industry leading tenant check and tenant referencing department, the applicant will receive training and support on all bespoke in house i.t. systems and processes. Accurate keyboard skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are all attributes the succesfull applicant will display.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Input and completion of tenant referencing and tenant checks

Dealing with letting agents, property managers, landlords, and tenants

Handling confidential information under Data Protection Act rules

Experience in the letting property sector is an advantage but is not essential
